Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account and accessing CinxAI (referred to as "the Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, you are explicitly prohibited from accessing or using our services.

You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to register or access our generation tools. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to register.

2. Account Registration

To use most aspects of the Service, you must create a personal account. You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are solely responsible for securing your account details (including passwords or OAuth credentials) and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide fraudulent information or violate security integrity. You must immediately notify support if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Use of Services & Credits

CinxAI operates as a credit-based SaaS platform. Generative AI calls (both image models and video rendering pipelines) consume a pre-determined amount of credits per execution. Credit requirements are clearly stated prior to generation actions.

Payments are processed securely via our merchant of record providers. All payments are final and subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified, the Service, including all source code, databases, interface designs, site branding, graphics, typography, software, and tools, are owned or licensed by CinxAI, and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to log in and use our interface.

5. Content Generation Rights

Ownership of Creations: You retain full ownership, copyrights, and intellectual commercial rights to the visual and motion output assets (images, videos, upscale results) you create using our studio, subject to compliance with these Terms.

Platform License: By generating assets, you grant CinxAI a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, and transmit your generated assets solely as required to run the service for you, and to display them in your private studio history dashboard.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to generate, transmit, or support any content that:

• Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child exploitation, abuse, or non-consensual sexual content.
• Promotes hate speech, violence, severe harassment, or explicit terrorism.
• Intentionally deceives the public or impersonates real individuals through deceptive deepfakes.
• Infringes on third-party intellectual property or copyright frameworks.
• Attempts to reverse-engineer, scrape, DDoS, or exploit our internal rendering pipelines.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT GENERATIVE PIPELINES WILL BE COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE OR OPERATE WITHOUT OCCASIONAL GPU SCHEDULER TIMEOUTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL CINXAI, ITS DIRECTORS, OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GENERATIVE BALANCES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE TOOLS, EVEN IF ADVISEMENT OF POSSIBLE LOSS WAS REGISTERED.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to edit, modify, or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted immediately with a modified Last Updated timestamp. Continued usage of our tools post-updating implies absolute acceptance of the revised legal frame.
